About us
FARMPILOT by Arvato Systems is our planning and execution platform for agricultural and agro-industrial operations. It has proven itself in Europe with major players in the sugar industry — and we are now bringing this experience to Asia.
FARMPILOT connects planning and real-world execution: dispatchers plan work in the web portal, while drivers and machine operators execute it in the mobile app (iOS/Android). The result is one shared operational picture — what’s planned, what’s running, what’s finished, and where delays occur. This reduces manual coordination, improves daily steering, and creates reliable transparency from field to factory.
Behind FARMPILOT stands Arvato Systems, an international IT specialist and multi-cloud service provider with deep experience in building and implementing enterprise-grade planning and execution systems.
At the Bangkok exhibition, we are looking to connect with producers, growers, and partners who want to improve planning reliability, transparency, and operational performance — with a solution that is proven at scale and can be adapted to local requirements in Asia.

Products & Services
FARMPILOT is a Software as a Service platform that helps agricultural and agro-industrial organizations plan, execute, and track operational work across field-to-factory processes.
Product & Service Overview
End-to-end operational workflow (Field-to-Factory)
FARMPILOT covers the full operational loop—from planning to execution to feedback—so organizations can steer day-to-day operations based on real “as-executed” data, not assumptions.
Web portal: planning, control and transparency
Master data management: maintain fields, machines, operation types and other core data
Job planning & dispatch: create and assign Task Sets that combine operation type, machine(s) and field(s)
Machine overview & live visibility: monitor machine status and progress on the map to know what is happening in the field in real time
Operational reporting foundation: consolidate plan vs. actual information for daily steering and performance reviews
Mobile apps (iOS/Android): execution in the field
Receive the Task Sets created in the portal and execute them step by step
Start/stop work, navigate to fields, capture working times and progress
Document operations via configurable forms/measures; optional track recording for traceability
Continuous feedback to the portal, enabling real-life tracking and up-to-date status for dispatchers
Fleet & parallel operations: support lead/follower setups and multiple machines working on the same Task Set, with in-app visibility of relevant vehicles to improve coordination and transparency
Customer Benefits
Higher planning reliability: clearer schedules and fewer last-minute changes through structured, machine-centric planning.
Real-time operational transparency: everyone sees what’s planned, in progress, delayed, or completed—across portal and app.
Less coordination effort: fewer calls, messages, and manual status checks thanks to consistent live updates from the field.
Better utilization of machines and fleets: improved allocation, parallel work support, and fleet coordination (lead + follower).
Faster issue detection and response: early visibility of bottlenecks, waiting times, and deviations enables rapid adjustments.
Reliable “as-executed” data: timestamps, work times, documentation and optional track data provide proof-of-work and traceability.
Deployment models
Standard planning for small-scale operations: a straightforward built-in planning tool for fast rollouts
Execution layer in enterprise planning landscapes: external systems plan; FARMPILOT executes and returns operational feedback
Extended planning where needed: FARMPILOT can be enhanced with customer-specific planning capabilities and workflows
Proven enterprise use in Europe
FARMPILOT has been implemented in demanding European environments, including major sugar-industry organizations such as Nordzucker and Südzucker, demonstrating enterprise-scale integration capability and operational robustness under seasonal peak conditions.
