Receiving hopper RH 20 / RH 24 / RH 28

The Receiving hopper RH 20 and RH 24 suit medium to larger farms. The hopper floor and the cleaning unit have a width of 2.0 m in all models of the RH 20 series. This enables a storage capacity of 80 to 90 tonnes per hour to be achieved. The receiving hopper, type RH 24, has a 2.4 m wide hopper floor and a corresponding cleaning unit. The machine enables throughput rates of 100 to 140 tonnes per hour. The receiving hoppers of the RH 28 series are especially suitable for large farms resp. the processing industry. The hopper floor and the cleaning unit of the RH 28 have a width of 2.8 m This enables a storage capacity of up to 150 tonnes per hour. The large intake volume combined with the high throughput rate ensures that the transport vehicles are emptied quickly. The specific construction of the receiving hopper, the "active pocket sealings" and the particularly soft PU spiral rollers of the cleaning unit are features, that enable maximum crop protection and highest throughput capacity at the same time. The infinitely variable drive (standard) allows easy adaptation to various conditions. The wide range of options enables optimum adaptation to the respective operational requirements. Operation of the hopper is intuitive and convenient with the help of the new IBX 300 ISOBUS operator unit. Numerous assistance systems, such as Remain Control and Capacity Control, take the strain off the operator while maximizing crop protection and storage performance.

TC 816: Conveyor with variable transport length up to 16 m, belt width 80 cm

The twin conveyors of the TC series are characterised by a high conveying capacity and at the same time gentle crop handling during transport into the storehouse. The combination of two conveyor belts, each 80 cm wide, allows variable transport lengths of 8 to 13 m resp. 10 to 16 m. When transferring the crop from the first to the second conveyor belt, the belt is lifted by the innovative "Airbag" lifting mechanism, effectively preventing crop damage from carriage rollers underneath. The optional available SoftFlow, specially designed soft rubber fingers, are able to reduce the strain on the crop by up to 30%. SoftFlow ensures a gentle transfer to downstream storage equipment. The electro-hydraulic drive enables an infinitely conveyor speed adjustment and therefor an optimum adaption to various conditions. The infinitely variable adaptation of the range makes it possible to shift the position of the store loader without having to move the storage line.

SL 919: Store loader with operating range up to 20.7 m, belt width 90 cm

The SL 900 series represents the advanced development of the proven SL 80 series. Compared to the previous model, the belt width has been increased from 800 mm to 900 mm. The trough shape of the conveyor belt has also been optimised with regard to the conveying cross-section. This allows the highest throughput rates to be achieved. Alternatively lower belt speeds are possible with the same throughput quantity, which has a positive effect on crop protection. The store loaders can be used to store potatoes, onions, red beet, celery and other bulk goods such as grain. The SL 900 series includes the two models, SL 916 and SL 919, with conveying lengths from 9.7 m to 16.5 m and 11.2 to 19.5 m respectively. As an option, the "Quantum feeding conveyor" is available for both models, which ensures a constantly low drop height, regardless of the swivel angle of the store loader. Moreover, the Quantum feeding conveyor enables larger swivel widths of up to 180° and an increased storage performance through optimised crop flow. Furthermore, the Quantum feeding conveyor increases the conveying length of the SL 916 to 17.7 m, resp. to 20.7 m when the SL 919 is in use. The large wheel overhang ensures long operating hours resp. continuous hours of storage, without the need to move the store loader.

TSP 290: Sweet potato technology

The "TSP" is a trailed sieving harvester with box platform for harvesting sweet potatoes and other sensitive root crops. The machine is characterised by its high crop protection. The intake can be equipped with a share blade and coulter discs. Loose soil is sieved off on the first main web, so that only the harvested crop and some trash are transferred onto the picking web. Shortly before the transfer onto the picking web, the crop flow is evenly distributed by two distribution rollers. Between the two picking webs there is a crop conveying belt. "Positive picking" is characterised by the fact that the picking personnel remove the crop and not the impurities/the trash from the product flow. The trash is deposited back onto the field at the end of the picking web, whereas the harvested crop, which is picked-off and moved onto the centre crop conveying belt, is placed in a box. There is no need to use mechanical separators, which prevents damage to the crop. To increase crop protection on the whole process of conveying, the crate can be tilted, so that drop steps are minimised.

NAVO 140: trailed harvester, single row, trailed, with bunker capacity of 7 m³

The GRIMME NAVO 140 is the first top lifter under the GRIMME brand. This machine combines ASA-LIFT's decades of experience as a premium brand for top lifters with the advantages of GRIMME's series production. The NAVO impresses in terms of quality, performance, cost-effectiveness and user-friendliness. With a length of 434" for the pick-up belt, a fine haulm elevator and a 7 m³ bunker, this machine's compact design makes it particularly suitable for small and medium-sized farms. In addition to its high level of crop protection, the NAVO 140 also impresses with its quick-change system between top lifter belt and share-intake attachment in different crops such as carrots, garlic, celeriac, beetroot, parsnips and root parsley. A coulter loosens the soil beneath the root. The rotating conical pick-up rollers raise the haulm/the carrot tops so that it can be pulled out by the pick-up belt. Afterwards, a root-cleaner removes adhering soil. The tops of the crop are cut off at their base by a cutting unit and ejected behind the machine. The carrots are conveyed via a cross conveyor onto a fine haulm elevator to remove adhering soil and other impurities. From there, they are transferred into the bunker via a bunker filling elevator.

REXOR 6300: self-propelled 6 row beet harvester, 45 m³ bunker capacity, highest crop protection and maximum driver comfort

The latest generation of the 6-row REXOR 6300 beet harvester with a bunker capacity of 45 m³ and the latest generation of cabs has been developed for the efficient harvesting of beet, root chicory and celeriac. With over 20 years of experience in professional defoliation, there is a wide range of defoliation systems to choose from. In machine which use a constant scalper the agile and completely maintenance-free constant scalper does a perfect job for "scalping" the beet leaves. Machines, which use the front mulcher, type FM, are defoliating the beet. The entire beet body remains intact for maximum yield. The digging attachment with its external frame ensures the best possible view of the digging unit and good accessibility. Thanks to the modular design, the digging unit with Oppel wheels can be replaced with a unit of walking shares. The roller table consists of 7 cleaning rollers to ensure a powerful and intensive cleaning. The large-dimensioned beet transfer web (which transports the beets between the front wheels to the cleaning turbines) was developed for maximum throughput. Thanks to "Speedtronic" (available as standard), the cleaning turbines and the high-performance ring elevator convey the crop into the bunker with maximum crop protection and maximum throughput.
